When going through a divorce, people, in most cases, experience negative feelings, and are so immersed in such experiences that they do not notice a very important point that can be a useful lesson.

Divorce is, of course, stress, and stress is, first of all, the work of the soul - the most energy-consuming action for a person. And the goal of suffering and anxiety, after a divorce, in my opinion, is for a person to get rid of comfortable illusions and come closer to reality.

For the most part, people argue about the reasons that led to the divorce based on the position that it is the other who is to blame for everything, while some admit that they also contributed to the process of the death of the relationship. In other words, finding out the degree of each person's guilt comes first.

Often, this is where the analysis of what happened safely ends, they return to it when it is necessary to experience some emotions, to suffer. Some people have such a need. However, in most cases, few people think about what lesson should be learned in order not to repeat their own mistakes in the future. Or conclusions are made only about the qualities of the other. That is, you should not build relationships with drinkers, greedy and hystericals.

Not everyone gets to understand and understand what is, in fact, the main reason. That is why, trying to build a new relationship, after a divorce, people find themselves in very similar situations when their already new relationship does not bring them satisfaction. Remember, those same rake dances.

The fact is that, when choosing new people for relationships, we use our preferences and tastes, and tastes, as is commonly believed, do not change, while attention is often drawn to external indicators. This is beauty, material wealth, sociability, etc. At the same time, at such moments of choice, a person forgets that he chose the previous partner or partner according to the same criteria.

The lesson that divorce gives is that, living with a person, we are faced not only with his external manifestations, but also with his inner world, which has its own content. So, not having dealt with the root cause of divorce, people again find themselves in a "difficult" relationship.

The most common reason for divorce is that we cannot accept the values of another person, and he, accordingly, ours. At first, people simply do not pay attention to it, "will endure - fall in love" - a saying that continues to spoil people's lives. An exception is the situation when one person dictates what values are important, and the other accepts it. This model strongly resembles slavery.

Yes, values are something that strongly influences our character, perception and behavior. After all, it is difficult to demand from a man a respectful attitude towards a woman, if this is not a value for him, and he considers a woman a friend of a man. Or if the relationship and opinion of her relatives are more important for a woman than her husband. For her, relatives are a value, but a man is not.

It is helpful to compare your values and others, especially when trying to build new relationships. After all, this is exactly what drives a person in life. Of course, they can change over time, but, as a rule, to a small extent. Values are the inner content that defines a person, so you should pay close attention to them.
