Freedom is the right to choose

with a soul only consulting about the payment, what should we love

why should we die

what is your candle for

spend mercilessly.

I. Guberman

One way or another, the problematic experience of a person who comes to therapy is always associated with a complete or partial defeat in universal human rights, i.e. with a limited experience of their personal rights, their freedoms. It often turns out that life is woven of limiting irrational beliefs that cut off the natural possibilities and manifestations of a person.

The meaning of therapy is restoration, rehabilitation, confirmation, development and assignment of rights.

Including at sessions where the client has the right to:

- to live and die, to be and not to be, - for any feelings and their manifestation, including:

- to be angry, irritated, hate and love,

- for acceptance and care, - for help and support, - to be seen and recognized, - to be heard and understood, - talk about anything, return to the voiced material, - express your t. sp. on some issue and change it, - evaluate and characterize, - condemn and criticize, - share reproaches and claims, accuse, - compete and devalue, - complain and whine, - agree and protest, - to be silent and not to answer, - ask and ask, - to idealize and demonize, - to your truth and deceit, - mistakes and failures, - develop and regress, - think and be blunt, - for dreams and fantasies, - for carelessness and ease, - on laziness and irresponsibility, - on the seriousness and thoroughness,

- on desires and whims, - on trust and suspicion, - nonsense and nonsense, - to be healthy and sick, - move, fidget, punch on the table, swear, etc.

- use the toilet without permission, - leave at any time, no later than agreed, - be late and skip sessions and check the consequences, - interrupt therapy without warning, - discuss therapy with family members, friends and in general with anyone, - promise something to the therapist and not keep promises, - do / not do homework, - violate the contract and check the consequences of the violation, - forget and remember about the meeting with the therapist, --- and at the same time enjoy the benevolence of the therapist

- arrive exactly at the appointed time, - ask for a discount when paying,

- listen to the words and recommendations of the therapist, - respect his vision and opinion, - comply with agreements, - warn in advance about changes in plans, - to thank, - not to exercise their rights, - something else - just not to list.

The client pays money for these opportunities-rights.

The client's rights are almost in no way equal to those of the therapist. Absolutely different positions.

Inequality of rights is balanced by pay.

Mastering and restoring personal rights makes it possible to experience inner freedom, happiness to be yourself.
