Since the new year, I begin a cycle of useful articles on how to put things in order in my head, namely, get rid of limiting beliefs and attitudes.

They pretty much spoil life and you need to fight with them.

Fortunately, the fight can be quick and painless:)

Limiting Beliefs (Ogres) - these are thoughts, opinions that prevent us from developing and feeling confident…

this is the framework into which we drive ourselves; within these frameworks we are wildly uncomfortable, often scared and anxious … and the saddest thing is that they block our feelings, desires, talents and dreams:

Beliefs can be about oneself, about others, about the world in general, about how it should be.

An example of self-beliefs:

  • I have bad karma / memory / imagination / fantasy
  • I'm not good for anything / good for anything
  • I’ll never do it, I don’t even have to start
  • This is not given to me
  • I am a bad / bad son / daughter / father / mother / etc.
  • Nobody needs me / needs me.

In my articles, I will show a different view of beliefs, how it can be differently.

I often hear from my clients the question: "What is it possible? Not afraid and not anxious, but just do what you want deep inside?"

For many, working with their ogres is the first step towards a happy, easy and free life:)

To look in a new way at old situations, problems, principles is like turning the world upside down.

The world will not change at the snap of your fingers and, in principle, it is impossible to change it.

But you, absolutely sure you can change your perception surrounding reality. For this it is worth revising "perception filters", through which you drive all the information that has come to you.

Filters are your attitudes, beliefs, principles and style of thinking in general.

As part of CBT, we work with clients on their ogres, build new adaptive beliefs that lead to a calm, conscious and happy life. After 2-3 months of therapy, I constantly hear from clients:

"It has become so cool to live, so easy and calm"

"So much has changed in life"

"I like looking at the world in a new way. It's so interesting."

I am always pleased with their results. This inspired me to start this article series and share my experience:)

Friends, if you:

tired of floundering in their own worries

fight against a volatile world

and want to learn how to adapt to it
