Good day, dear friends, after my publication of “Elena's Case”, my article on the site was viewed in three days by more than 1000 people. This suggests that for many people this is an actual problem.

Therefore, in addition, I decided to compile a small checklist of three signs that indicate that a person most likely does not live by his desires, goals, but is trying to realize a life scenario written for him by someone else.

This formulation naturally does not apply to any professional direction in psychology, but it seems to me that many will intuitively understand it.

1. Sign

You are the person who cannot free yourself from criticism, you constantly feel a burning desire to reproach someone, accuse someone or be dissatisfied with someone.

You are the person who is constantly annoyed and annoyed by everyone, neighbors, friends, colleagues, parents.

There are dozens of similar examples, I will not list them here.

Such irritation and discontent hides an unconscious feeling of one's own unfulfillment and emptiness. 2. Sign. You feel that you are constantly bored in your life and that there is a feeling that something is missing, some kind of "green melancholy" is around. As if everything is somehow plastic, insipid and not natural.

In this case, I recommend taking a test for depression, if the tests do not show depression, then you are really in a situation where the interests of other people do not suit you, and you do not have your own, and if you do, then they do not suit you., and you cannot create new ones. Therefore, boredom is suppressed aggression, on one's own sense of meaninglessness and a possible existential crisis.

3. Sign. To achieve a simple goal, these people create various multi-walkers. For example, a person wants to get a job, even in a related specialty, but he does not go the easy way, but begins to create an intricate plan, which includes long retraining courses, obtaining another higher education, etc.

And by analogy with this example, they have such multi-moves in different areas. About similar people, they say that they “are not looking for easy ways” and this is really so.

The thing is that they have an unconscious taboo on the realization of their own desires and goals. Therefore, these difficult-to-achieve achievements are needed in order to be more likely to get entangled in them and already definitely not get anywhere. And then say to yourself “yes I am out of my skin” to achieve this, what do you understand?”.
