If you are a freelancer, businessman, entrepreneur, especially a beginner, then you probably face a situation where there is not enough time. All things are in chaos, you don't know what to grab first for. In this article, I will give you 3 basic tips on how to deal with this.
I offer 3 basic steps, but they can then be broken down into several steps, points and sub-points.
Be sure to take your phone or, even better, a notebook and pen, before going to bed, and write down points 1, 2, 3. Write down your 3 main things that you are going to do tomorrow. Without which you cannot go further, there will be no progress and development. These are the 3 main things, the most urgent, the most important for your business or you. Then you can add a few more additional points: "I will be especially well done if I still do this, this, this, and this." But there are 3 main ones. And go to bed. This must be done at night.
In the morning you get up and schedule these tasks on time. You can generally prescribe everything, and additional ones too. And here it is very important to give yourself a normal gap between them. First, at least an hour. For example, they did one thing, accepted one client - an hour off, then another client. Or you went to the bazaar, made a purchase for a store - give yourself an hour of play, because you can get stuck in a traffic jam, choose a product longer, take it longer, take it apart, etc.
And if you have appointments exactly and you wrote to yourself at the 11th store, at the 12th meeting, then you will not have time, and you will be nervous. The day will go down the drain just from the fact that you are nervous. Therefore, give yourself a gap, set the next meeting to 13. And then, getting into a traffic jam or dealing with a product, you will calmly do it. And your next case is not overwhelmed. That is, one does not depend on the other. And then all 3 will probably be done. If you do not make this gap, then because you failed the first, both the second and the third will fail.
And another very important factor. In the evening, come home, open this list and see: “Aha. I made a purchase to the store - a tick. Well done - well done - well done. Everything - everything I wanted, everything worked out. There, meeting with such and such - such and such. It turned out, it happened, well done. And there is the third point … ". And at least for a second, for a minute, as much as you can, enjoy this moment. This is your moment of glory. Praise yourself: “I did it, I did it, I did it, I didn’t get lost in time, I didn’t miss the schedule, everything happened. Hooray. I did the most basic things. You can move on even more boldly."
If they did additional things, then, accordingly, they rejoiced even more and praised themselves even more: “God, what a fine fellow I am! This is very important, it reinforces the result. Why plan this before you go to bed? When you go to bed, whether you like it or not, this idea, thought goes to the subconscious. " Take a break, the gap between cases, first take an hour, then reduce, depending on the comfort. For example, when there is too long a break between activities, I relax too much, and then it is harder to strain. Accordingly, find your moment, but in the beginning, let it be better more than less.
