When a businessman or a private entrepreneur repeats certain life scenarios: losses, failures, deception, reduced income, it is highly likely that he is in some kind of family and clan interweaving, and gives all his life energy and money to unfinished family stories. Often such a person unconsciously selects a team not for the goals and objectives of his business, but people with similar processes come to him. And what was prescribed and calculated begins to diverge from what is happening in reality.

For example, a Client opens a coffee shop and recruits staff, but people come and go. During the consultation, it turned out that the Client, when recruiting a team, is in fear that in some way in the future the staff will be able to use, deceive, substitute, it is better to build a distance and fence off, it is better to immediately frighten with fines. When we began to sort out these fears, we came up with deep generic prohibitions - "do not give others a lot, otherwise they use it" - and the family attitude - "take from others, as much as possible and give them as little as possible." That is, a clear violation of exchange and an orientation toward consumerism.

It turned out that these prohibitions and attitudes were not out of the blue, there are several stories of large property and monetary losses in the Client's family system. Fear always grows in fertilized soil. I program all kinds of losses and failures in my future, the Client was unconsciously in a state of victim and from the state was recruiting personnel for the coffee shop.

Will the future team be able to fulfill the tasks assigned to it?

Definitely not.

It is highly likely that a business or business created from the state of a victim (fear of loss, use, generic prohibitions and attitudes that support these fears) will fail in the future.

Then what to do?

The state of the victim inside a person (fears, losses, debts, etc.) is determined by his family history and those life strategies used by his parents.

The process of finding a solution to generic interweaving and prohibitions, the very transition from the state of a victim to the state of a motivator takes a lot of time. Whereas in business it is important to make decisions quickly.

What to do?

  1. Bring to the level of awareness of what is really happening to you, what you really feel (what fears and expectations you are in, or if the project gets stuck at the very beginning, or problems with loans and money began, or suddenly the sponsor refused to cooperate with you).
  2. Bring to the level of awareness of your family attitudes and ancestral prohibitions, parental life strategies that you still use and that interfere with solving issues related to the Cause (this may manifest itself in the selection of personnel, or the search for a room, place, in the choice of an interior)
  3. Without delay, start working with a specialist in search of a solution to your fears and prohibitions, doubts and limitations that support your inner state of being a victim and hinder your progress.
