I don't see much point in writing about well-known types of motivation, such as the carrot speridi or, sorry, behind. All this is true and even shows itself quite well in action. But for whom is which carrot suitable? Who makes the decision about motivation? Who is responsible for its implementation, control and efficiency? From whom to collect?

Yes, there are bumpers in the state called HRs. I myself am one of them, and I will say - straightening is expensive. But how can you avoid it? Start your own business and hire an HR manager, you say. Well, this is already essential.

It can be seen better far away, or otherwise - from the side it can be seen better - the principle of profiling. When we are not emotionally involved in the process, we see and hear better than if we were in the midst of events. This is because our communication channels are open: I see, hear, feel, and accordingly: classify and evaluate.

If you don’t know, then I’ll open it to you: people have an amazing ability to say something completely different from what they really think.

If you, as an owner, dream of employees who are ready to share your goals and aspirations, are not afraid of joint difficulties, believe in a star from the sky and aim to walk towards it with yours, then you need to understand yourself first: who you are, what traits in your characters are true leadership, and that there is simple stubbornness. What is laid down for you from birth and what you have acquired in life. Physiognomy for the most part will give such an analysis. And he will be in the service of what is written here. Don't limit yourself in your future. This is an absolutely working scientific method of personnel selection based on physiognomic data. Of course, there should be more methods - that means, look for a specialist who is ready to satisfy your request to improve the performance and self-motivation of the team. And motivation with a ruble … such a decision. I’ll ask you differently: why motivate lazy people who do not have self-motivation? Why hang balls on machines - they will not work better.. but regularly lubricating them, treating them with care and loading feasible tasks according to their resource - this is what will make you a super leader.
