Yesterday I was walking in the park with a new acquaintance. We talked about work and plans for the new year, I told him about my projects and he asked me:

- Can I contact you to improve your financial situation?

- of course, I can help, but not financially!))))

- this is understandable) and how long will it take?

- it depends on the request and the method that will be most efficient to achieve the result.

I can offer 3 options for working:

1. Coaching

Coach translated from English means "Trainer" and his main task is to help the client to achieve his goal.

The goal is the end result that a person wants to get, and is ready to direct his activities towards this. For this method to be effective, the client must have an idea of what he wants and the desire to do it. For example, if he needs a specific amount of money by a certain date, then the coach helps to formulate the desire for the goal, determine the deadlines, criteria for achievement and develop a step-by-step plan, and then controls the process of moving towards the goal, helps to deal with the obstacles that arise and meet the deadlines.

Working with a coach, a person does not understand his past, does not bother with emotions, but is looking for the simplest and most effective way to achieve the goal.

The pros of this method:

- achievement of the goal (the one that is written down on paper);

- valuable experience and skill. It can be used on its own to achieve similar goals;

- clarity and clarity of all steps and actions;

- work with the present and the future;

- support and "magic pendel" from the coach;

- control of steps and results;

- relatively fast and inexpensive.

Minuses:

- the “wrong” goal can be chosen - the one that needs to be wanted, and not the one that really lies in the heart.

- low efficiency if the client himself does not know what he wants or is lazy.

Depending on the goal and the person's need for support, 3-10 coach sessions are needed to achieve the result.

2. Psychotherapy

This method no longer works with a target, but with a request. A request is a client's desire to deal with a specific problem. For example:

- I don’t know how I can earn my living;

- I can't understand what my purpose is;

- in order to get married I urgently need an apartment and a car;

- I got tired of my work, I go to it like to hard labor because I need to feed the children;

- where is my prince, who will buy me a Mercedes and a 3-storey cottage?

- I seem to work a lot, earn a lot, and money is like water in sand;

- I want to be a leader, but no one notices me, etc.

Psychotherapy deals not with one task, but with a whole range of issues that will affect all areas of life. First of all, therapy will restore the psychological health of a person, help him hear his true desires and aspirations, feel strength and support in himself, realize the value and uniqueness of his work, will give enough fuse to declare himself, and as a result, the renewed state of a person will help to him to qualitatively improve not only the financial side of life, but also to realize himself. Perhaps he decides to fundamentally change his activities and there he will achieve success, or vice versa, he will largely reduce his expenses on things he does not need. The client will figure out what is slowing him down, begin to consciously manage his life.

Advantages of the method:

- improving the quality of all spheres of life;

- soft and comfortable process without overcoming oneself;

- new ideas and discoveries about yourself and your talents;

- new skills of behavior and communication with other people;

- work with the past, present and future;

- positive changes in the whole environment.

Minuses:

- for a long time;

- expensive.

Psychotherapy takes from 6 months to one and a half years and the frequency of meetings is about once a week.

3. Constellations

This method of express therapy, which is most often carried out in a group, and other people participate in solving the request as substitutes for such elements of the situation as the client himself, money, other people, goal, etc. This method saves time and effort on analyzing the reason and choosing the best solution, it gives an opportunity to look at the situation in his life from the outside, as a chess player looks at the board, to see certain patterns in life or in the history of his family, because the main part of the work will be pass with the client's field or subconsciousness through the surrogates, and the person will observe what is happening or participate in it, as needed. A person's life will not change from one arrangement, but he can draw conclusions and make decisions that will affect the further course of events.

Advantages of the method:

- fast;

- interesting and visual;

- a new state is formed, which affects human activity and his interaction with other people.

Cons of the method:

- new skills are not formed;

- there is no support in the movement and a specific plan.

One constellation is needed to solve one query. But in the process of work, questions may arise that will require additional placements.

In the world of psychology, there is a greater variety of effective methods and approaches, but in order for them to give maximum results, it is important to accurately establish the diagnosis and choose the appropriate method to solve it. It is also very important to find your own competent psychologist, to whom there will be trust.

- If a person has never worked with a psychologist before, then where is it better to start?

- I would recommend starting any personal growth with a course of therapy, since this is the foundation of psychological health and social success, on which you can already build walls of successful experience in achieving goals. If there is no foundation, then the walls will not stand for a long time. Sometimes it is very sad when a person cheerfully and cheerfully ran towards his goals, achieved and realized that this was not the case.

And at the same time, in order to undergo a course of personal therapy, you need a certain amount of money, and this money must be taken somewhere, and this is already a specific goal with which you can work in coaching. It is also important to note that if a person wants to simultaneously undergo coaching and therapy, then it is important for him to choose two different specialists.
