Communicating with clients at consultations, I realized that the already established beliefs.
A person always acts out of those convictionsthat have developed in him in the process of life, and then seeks confirmation of these beliefs in his real experience. Based on this, he reacts in a certain way to the situation, experiencing various emotions, in most cases negative.
Negative emotions affect a person's health. This method helps to find another, more constructive solution to the situation. By changing a person's conviction in something, the model of human behavior also changes, which means that a person learns to find different solutions to a given situation.
A change in attitude to the situation, the search for a specific solution to the situation, as well as a change in actions, which will subsequently lead to a different result in a similar situation, and, accordingly, a different expression of emotions, which already leads to a different model of behavior.
Example:
A woman cannot build relationships with men.
After a divorce, he cannot find a couple.
Addicted to ex-husband
In this case, it takes place
conviction - that no one needs her besides him
and
belief i can't create a new relationship
Step one - imagine that this relationship no longer exists, understand to feel what feelings or feelings prevail at this moment
(In this case, the woman feels lost, not needed by anyone. Feels fear of loneliness. And therefore agrees to any relationship where there is at least some attention and therefore chooses those men who do not need a serious relationship. Inside there is a fear that it will not work out, that she unworthy of a serious relationship and therefore she clings to her husband, with whom there is only the illusion of a relationship.)
Persuasion I am not needed, unworthy, I will not succeed
The fear that he will not be able to build a relationship, namely, to let a man into his life, to change his life, because there is no integrity and confidence inside that this is possible. Fear that they will offend and therefore you need to constantly defend and defend yourself.
Limiting beliefs are of five types:
1. Helplessness - I can't
2. Hopelessness is impossible
3. Disbelief - the result is unattainable
4. Distrust - I'm doing everything wrong.
5. Worthlessness - I don't deserve it.
Accordingly, in this case we are dealing with worthlessness and self-doubt.
Step two - belief itself
"What is it about me that creates this situation?"
Dealing with a limiting belief
So, let's go directly to the technique. Answer the following questions.
1. Why is this opinion wrong under certain circumstances?
2. Was there a person who inspired me with this opinion, what kind of person he is (most often these countries are from childhood)
3. If I do not give up this opinion, what will it cost me - emotionally - in the end?
4. What will it cost my family and the people I love?
5. Will my life improve if I change my mind? How will I feel about this?
Step three. Replacing this belief with a supportive one.
Replacing a limiting belief with a supportive one - finding what we want in return, strengthening a new idea-belief, so that it becomes a program with a plus sign, a positive "self-fulfilling prophecy" and leads us to the desired goals, results, victories and discoveries.
Rewriting our belief in a positive way. in such a way that will help us achieve a certain goal or some kind of change in life for the better
We answer the questions:
What do I get if I stick to this belief?
What will I not get if I stick to this belief?
What do I get if I don't adhere to this belief?
What will I not get if I do not adhere to this belief?
and find 5 confirmations of this new belief
For example, if a new belief sounds I can achieve this,
then we write 5 reasons why you can achieve this.
and fix the result with actions.
Use tools that help build self-esteem and self-confidence. You can also use methods such as a success diary or a role model.
Imagine someone you admire. It can be a friend or relative, or it can be a hero of a movie or a book. What would he do? What would you say? What are the strengths of this person?
List them: _
If you had these virtues, what kind of person would you be?
Fourth step
In this case, you need to understand what is the most attractive picture of a new relationship. What qualities should a person with whom you want to create a relationship should have?

Changing Beliefs As A Modern Method Of Staff Motivation
At the present stage, more and more attention is paid to informal interaction between the manager and his subordinates, which determines the requirements for the set of competencies that he needs to possess when organizing this interaction. Cognitive Continuum: A Technique For Changing Beliefs
People who are depressed, anxious, or angry tend to react to events as if they were in a disaster. Even temporary discomfort seems unbearable to them. They believe that they will not be able to survive what happened. This is how black-and-white thinking manifests itself, in which people perceive themselves, the world and others from an all-or-nothing position, see only positive or negative sides, and go to extremes, evaluating events as an absolute success or a complete di
