The psychological effect of hippotherapy can hardly be overestimated, so why are we not on horseback yet?

Many clients with low self-esteem, at the beginning of therapy, do not even dream of being on top.

They have already become accustomed to the idea that this is not for them, that they are not worthy of it, or they will not succeed.

To be on horseback - what is in this phrase?

Let's figure it out together.

Dictionaries interpret:

"To be on a horse" - to feel like a winner, to be in favorable conditions, to be successful.

"To be on horseback and under horseback" - to experience a lot, to gain experience in life.

In my opinion, this is something that a client with such a problem is sorely lacking, how to feel like a winner and have success like that immediately, when you only collect knowledge and experience on this issue.

It turns out there is a way, simple and accessible, inherent in us by nature itself. The method is historically conditioned, because until recently people could not imagine their life without horses, they were not considered something outlandish, but lived in almost every family.

I recommend starting communication with horses, if you are undergoing psychotherapy, the psychologist will tell you at what stage it is best to do this. After all, since a person has turned to a psychologist for help and is trying to change himself, in order to change the quality of his life, recommendations for him should be simple and achievable. Or maybe you are just tired of the hustle and bustle, only a horse will be able to relieve and recharge the whole family with energy at the same time.

In the psychoanalytic sense, the HORSE, STALLET is a sign of help, strength, energy, sexual impulses, love impulses, marriage, fate.

And for us the most important thing is that all these symbols can be seen with our own eyes, fed with our own hands, feel their warmth and make friends with them! Already after the first lessons, the mood and state of health noticeably improve, the person becomes more confident in himself and in his abilities.

Well, are you already impatient? And this is the right choice!

Indeed, in addition to the psychotherapeutic effect, there is also a healing effect on the entire body as a whole:

- The muscles of the horse's back are composed of many elements, they have a soft massaging and warming effect on the human body, because the horse's body temperature is almost 2 degrees higher than ours.

- At the basic gait, the horse performs about 110 multidirectional oscillatory movements, which are transmitted to you when you are on the horse.

- You are working on correct posture, balance, good coordination and fine motor skills.

That's what God created the horse for! In my opinion, this is the most beautiful animal in the world!

According to my observations, people who work with horses are usually very balanced, calm, with happy and glowing eyes!

Looking at my children and clients next to horses, I always pay attention to their sincere smile, which never leaves my face. Some clients who are recovering from depressive states even admit that the muscles on their cheeks ache from smiling during a lesson with a horse. And all because until recently they rarely smiled and their muscles lost the habit.

Come to the horses, feel their energy, get good habits, be happy and healthy!
