In fairy tale therapy, there is a special type of fairy tales - therapeutic fairy tales. They are designed to help the child cope with fears, difficulties in behavior, replacing them with more successful forms of behavior.

Sometimes the child does not have enough life resources, understanding and strength to solve a particular problem. And then psychotherapeutic fairy tales come to his aid - stories that literally heal the soul.

Fairy tales help to look at the situation from the other side, to realize the meaning of what is happening.

Orientation of fairy tales: Fear of parting with mom, anxiety associated with loneliness and joining a children's team, fear of independence, general fearfulness, self-doubt.

Fairy tale "Kengurenysh". Age: 2-5 years old.

Once upon a time there was a mother Kangaroo. Once she became the happiest Kangaroo in the world, because she gave birth to a little Kangaroo. At first, the Kangaroo was very weak, and my mother carried him in her purse on her stomach. There, in this mother's purse, Kangaroo was very comfortable and not scared at all. When the Kangaroo was thirsty, his mother gave him delicious milk, and when he wanted to eat, the Kangaroo mother fed him with porridge from a spoon. Then the Kangaroo fell asleep, and at this time mom could clean the house or cook food.

But sometimes the little Kengurenysh woke up and did not see his mother nearby. Then he began to cry and scream very loudly until his mother came to him and put him back in her purse. Once, when the Kangaroo started crying again, my mother tried to put it in her purse; but it turned out to be very cramped in the purse and the legs of the Kengurenysh did not fit. The kangaroo was frightened and cried even more: he was very afraid that now his mother would leave and leave him alone. Then the Kangaroo shrank with all his might, pulled his knees and crawled into his purse.

In the evening, she and her mother went to visit. There were still children at a party, they played and had fun, called the Kengurenysh to themselves, but he was afraid to leave his mother and therefore, although he wanted to go play with everyone, he still sat all the time in his mother's purse. All evening, adult Uncles and aunts approached him and his mother and asked why such a big Kengurenysh was afraid to leave his mother and go to play with other guys. Then the Kengurenysh was completely frightened and hid in his purse so that even his head was not visible.

Day after day, my mother's purse became more and more cramped and uncomfortable. The kangaroo really wanted to run around the green meadow near the house, build sand cakes, play with the neighbour's boys and girls, but it was so scary to leave his mother, so the big kangaroo mother could not leave the kangaroo and sat with him all the time. One morning Kangaroo mom went to the store. The kangaroo woke up, saw that he was alone, and began to cry. So he cried and cried, but my mother still did not come.

Suddenly, through the window, the Kengurenysh saw the neighbors' boys who were playing tag. They ran, caught up with each other and laughed. They had a lot of fun. The kangaroo stopped crying and decided that he, too, could wash himself, without his mother, get dressed and go to the guys. And so he did. The guys happily took him into their game, and he ran and jumped along with everyone. And soon my mother came and praised him for being so brave and independent.

Now mom can go to work and to the store every morning - after all, the Kengurenysh is no longer afraid to be left alone, without mom. He knows that during the day mom should be at work, and in the evening she will definitely come home to her beloved Kangaroo.

Fairy tale "Sunflower seed". Age: 3-5 years old.

A large family of sunflower seeds lived on a tall sunflower. They lived amicably and merrily.

One day - it was at the end of summer - strange noises woke them up. It was the voice of the Wind. It rustled louder and louder. “It's time! It's time !! It's time !!! - called the Wind.

The seeds suddenly realized that it really was time for them to leave the basket of their native sunflower. They hurried up and began to say goodbye to each other.

Some were taken by birds, others flew away with the wind, and the most impatient jumped out of the basket themselves. Those who stayed enthusiastically discussed the upcoming journey and the unknown that awaited them. They knew that some extraordinary transformation awaited them.

Only one seed was sad. He did not want to leave his own basket, which had been warmed by the sun all summer and in which it was so cozy.

“Where are you in a hurry? You have never left home before and you don't know what's outside! I'm not going anywhere! I will stay here!”It said.

Brothers and sisters laughed at the seed, said: “You are a coward! How can you refuse such a trip? And every day there were fewer and fewer of them in the basket.

And then, finally, the day came when the seed was left in the basket, all alone. No one laughed at him anymore, no one called him a coward, but no one called him with them anymore. The seed suddenly felt so lonely! Oh! Why didn't it leave the basket with its brothers and sisters! "Maybe I'm really a coward?" - thought the seed.

Rain is coming. And then it got colder, and the wind became angry and no longer whispered, but whistled: "Hurry-s-s-s-s-ss!" The sunflower bent to the ground in a gust of wind. The seed became scared to remain in the basket, which seemed to be about to break away from the stem and roll to no one knows where.

“What will happen to me? Where will the Wind take me? Will I never see my brothers and sisters again? - it asked itself. - I want to be with them. I don’t want to be here alone. Can't I overcome my fear?"

And then the seed was decided. “Whatever happens!” - and, mustering his strength, he jumped down.

The wind caught it so that it would not hurt itself, and gently lowered it to the soft ground. The ground was warm, somewhere above the Wind was already howling, but from here its noise seemed like a lullaby. It was safe here. It was as cozy here as it once was in a sunflower basket, and the seed, tired and exhausted, fell asleep unnoticed.

The seed woke up in early spring. I woke up and did not recognize myself. Now it was no longer a seed, but a tender green sprout, which stretched towards the gentle sun. And around there were many of the same sprouts that his brothers and sisters-seeds turned into.

They were all happy to meet again, and especially they were radonized by our seed. And now no one called him a coward. Everyone told him: “You are great! You turned out to be so brave! After all, you were left alone, and there was no one to support you. Everyone was proud of him.

And the seed was very happy.

Fairy tale "Squirrel-Chorus". Age: 3-6 years old.

In one forest, on one of the green spruces, there lived a squirrel family: mom, dad and daughter - Squirrel-Pripevochka. Squirrels also lived on neighboring spruces. Everyone slept at night, and during the day they gathered nuts.

Mom and Dad taught Chorus Squirrel how to get nuts out of fir cones. But each time Squirrel asked for help: “Mommy, I just can't cope with this lump. Help me please!". Mom took out the nuts, Squirrel ate them, thanked Mom and jumped on. "Daddy, I just can't get the nuts out of this lump!" “Squirrel!” Dad told her, “you are no longer small and you have to do everything yourself.” “But I can't do it!” Squirrel cried. And dad helped her. So Chorus jumped, had fun, and when she wanted to eat a nut, she called her mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandmother or someone else for help.

Time passed. The squirrel grew. All her friends were already good at picking nuts and even knew how to make supplies for the winter. And Squirrel always needed help. She was afraid to do something herself, it seemed to her that she could not do anything. The adults no longer had enough time to help Squirrel. Friends began to call her clumsy. All the little squirrels were having fun and playing, and Chorus became sad and pensive. “I can’t do anything and I can’t do a thing myself,” she was sad.

One day the woodcutters came and cut down a green spruce forest. All the squirrels and squirrels had to go in search of a new House. They dispersed in different directions and agreed to meet in the evening and tell each other about their findings. And Squirrel-Pripevochka also set off on a long journey. It was scary and unusual for her to jump on the branches alone. Then it became fun, and Squirrel was very pleased, until she was completely tired and did not want to eat. But how can she get the nuts? No one is around, no one to expect help from.

Squirrel jumps, looking for nuts - there are none and they are not. The day is already drawing to a close, evening is coming. Squirrel sat on a branch and cries bitterly. Suddenly he looks, and there is a lump on a branch. Chorus ripped it off. She remembered how she was taught to get nuts. I tried it - it doesn't work. Once again - again failure. But Squirrel did not back down. She stopped crying. I thought a little: "I'll try to get my own way of nuts!"

No sooner said than done. The bump gave in. Squirrel took out nuts. I ate, cheered up / Looked around, and around a large spruce forest. On spruce paws, cones are visible and invisible. Squirrel jumped over to another tree, tore off a cone - there were nuts, another tore off - and that one was full. Squirrel was delighted, gathered some nuts in a bundle, remembered the place and hurried to the appointed meeting from branch to branch, from branch to branch. She came running, saw her family and friends sitting sad. They did not find any nuts, they were tired and hungry. Pripevochka told them about the fir tree. She took nuts from the bundle and fed them. Mom and Dad were delighted, friends and family smiled, began to praise Belochka: “How did we call you clumsy - she overtook everyone, gave everyone strength and found a new home! Ay, yes Squirrel! Ay, yes Chorus!.

The next morning the squirrels came to the place that Pripevochka told about. Indeed, there were a lot of nuts there. We arranged a housewarming party. They ate nuts, and praised Squirrel-Chorus, sang songs and danced in a round dance.

Fairy tale "A case in the forest". Age: 3-6 years old.

A little Hare lived in one forest. More than anything, he wanted to be strong, courageous and do something good, useful for everyone. But in reality he never succeeded. He was afraid of everything and did not believe in himself. Therefore, everyone in the forest nicknamed him "Cowardly Bunny." This made him sad, offended, and he often cried when he was alone. He had only one friend - the Badger.

And so, one day the two of them went to play by the river. Most of all they liked to catch up with each other, running across a small wooden bridge. The hare was the first to catch up. Not when the Badger was running across the bridge, one board suddenly broke and he fell into the river. The badger did not know how to swim and began to wallow in the water, asking for help. And the Hare, although he knew how to swim a little, was very frightened. He ran along the shore calling for help, hoping that someone would hear and save the Badger. But no one was around. And then the Bunny realized that only he could save his friend. He said to himself: "I'm not afraid of anything, I can swim and I will save the Badger!" Not thinking about the danger, he threw himself into the water and swam, and then, pulled his friend ashore. The badger was saved!

When they returned home and told about the incident on the river, no one at first could believe that the Bunny saved his friend. When the animals were convinced of this, they began to praise the Bunny, say how brave and kind he is, and then they arranged a big cheerful holiday in his honor. This day was the happiest for Bunny. Everyone was proud of him and he was proud of himself, because he believed in himself, that he was able to do good and useful. He remembered one very important and useful rule for the rest of his life: "Believe in yourself and always and in everything rely only on your own strength!" And since then, no one has ever teased him with a coward!

Fairy tale "Voronenok". Age: 5-9 years old.

Once upon a time, in a small town on a large poplar, a Crow lived. One day she laid an egg and sat down to incubate it. The nest had no roof, so the wind froze Mother Crow, snow fell asleep, but she endured everything patiently and was very much looking forward to her baby.

One fine day, the chick knocked inside the egg with its beak, and mother helped her Voronenko get out of the shell. He hatched awkward, with a naked helpless little body and with a large, large beak; he could neither fly nor croak. And for my mother, he was the most beautiful, the smartest and the most beloved, she fed her son, warmed him, protected him and told fairy tales.

When Voronenok grew up, he had very beautiful feathers, he learned a lot from his mother's stories, but he still could not fly or croak.

Spring has come and it's time to learn how to be a real raven. Mom put the little crow on the edge of the nest and said:

- Now you must boldly jump down, flap your wings - and you will fly

On the first day, Voronenok crawled into the depths of the nest and quietly cried there. Mom, of course, was upset, but did not scold her son. Some time passed, and already all the young crows around have learned to fly and croak, and our Voronenko's mother still fed, protected and persuaded for a long, long time to stop being afraid and try to learn to fly.

Once this conversation was heard by the Wise Old Crow and said to a young inexperienced mother:

- This cannot go on any longer, you will not run after him all your life, as if you were a little one. I will help you teach your son how to fly and croak.

And when Voronenok sat down on the edge of the nest the next day to breathe fresh air and look at the world, Old Crow quietly flew up to him and pushed him down. Out of fear, Voronenok forgot everything that his mother had taught him for so long, and began to fall like a stone to the ground. Fear that he was about to break, he opened his large beak and … croaked. Hearing himself, and with joy that, at last, he learned to croak, he flapped his wings once, twice - and realized that he was flying … And then he saw his mother next to him; they flew together, and then together returned to the nest and thanked the Wise Old Crow from the bottom of their hearts. So in one day Voronenok learned to fly and croak. And the next day, in honor of her son, who became completely adult and independent, Raven's mother arranged a big holiday to which she invited all birds, butterflies, dragonflies and many, many others, and the Old Wise Crow sat in the place of honor, which helped not only little Voronenko, but also his mother.
