The "Twenty Plus Ten" exercise was created by students at Stanford University to clarify what I would like to do in life.

The person is asked to answer several questions:

- What would I do, what would I achieve if I were not afraid of anything in my life?

- Imagine that you have a magic wand, and you can wave it and become who you want, do what you want and get what you want in life. In other words, if you were guaranteed 100% success in your endeavors and endeavors, how would your life change, what would you do?

- What would you do if you had 20 million dollars in the bank, but you had only 10 years to live?

- What would you like to do before you die?

- What words would you like people to say about you when you leave this world?

- What will they say, remembering you?

- What do you want to leave behind, what legacy?

Think about this and more about:

- Whom do you love?

- How fully could you show your love?

- How do you live?

- How could you make your life bright?

- How to make sure that there is a place in your life for as many positive experiences as possible?

- And how to make sure that restrictions and fears do not prevent this from happening?

And most importantly … When you answer these questions, you get into the 5-10% of the best people in the world, because most people never stop to think about such questions …

And the goals of life, according to the genius author of books on personal growth, Brian Tracy, are simple:

1. Live.

2. To love.

3. Learn.

4. Leave a legacy.

In life, it is not always clear what happened to a person, but in some cases we can confidently say: personal growth has occurred with a person.

This is understandable from the fact that he has changed in the good sense of the word: he began to better manage his life, became stronger, deeper and richer inwardly. This exercise is one of many on the path to understanding yourself.
