The relationship with money is one of the most interesting topics for consultation. Despite the financial capabilities of a person, he always has certain limiting beliefs that prevent him from enjoying the resource.
Usually we can trace 2 fears associated with having money: getting money and losing it. These two fears coexist in parallel in the subconscious of the individual and cause strong anxiety. You can argue by saying, "Here I am working to make money, how can I be afraid to get it." Now imagine that 10,000 have been added to your salary (in any currency). AND…. what will you do with them? What to buy, where to invest, what loan to repay. And you may have relatives who have their own plans for this money. This usually ends with a scandal in the family and the waste of the amount received on pieces of furniture, gadgets, and other little things.
The fear of losing and the fear of having money (they can still be stolen, and if you also get it easily, then you are a shameless parasite) cause strong tension, anxiety, fear, and other emotional experiences that are reflected in our body.
When working with clients, I use individual techniques to help me understand how a particular concept and the experience it causes affect the body. But today I want to give simple guidelines that will help you work with yourself on your own.
So, let's begin:
Analyze your financial scenarios. Perhaps distrust of people, a feeling of lack in everything - this is not a real assessment of your life situation. In working with this item, sayings that you heard a long time ago, and are now applying them in your life, will help you
For example, “without labor, you cannot pull a fish out of the pond,” which means that money in life is not easy to come by, and if you get it easily, you do it wrong, you are to blame for something. As a result, a person can turn even his favorite work into hard labor in order to meet someone's expectations.

When working with concepts, tension in the back and neck is often found.
- Track how much you receive per month, as well as track your expenses. Sometimes the state of "no money" becomes a habit. You can get decent sums, but without holding them in your hands yet, you can go to "it is not clear what", but because "there is no money." And if you understand that there are resources, what then, how will you learn to interact with them. When working on this tapa, symptoms in the stomach, VSD, and decreased immunity are often found.
- Make a plan for expenses and income. There are a lot of schemes, programs on the Internet that will allow you to learn how to manage financial affairs or I will do it for you.
- And of course you will love money. You will not be a curmudgeon or a bourgeois. You just have money and new opportunities.
Working with the theme of money, one can observe how the body changes in the course of work. There are times when a client needs additional support. After all, if you get used to being afraid, worried, and suddenly a completely different state comes, it can cause even more anxiety and fear at first. After all, we already know how to be in "sadness", it is convenient and comfortable, and prosperity is something new and scary, we need to learn to be with it. Experiences like these push us to go back to the usual actions and give up the results obtained.
I am sure that by understanding the mechanisms described above, you will be able to take a fresh look at your health and monetary behavior, and you will definitely succeed in achieving your goal.
