You've probably heard the idea more than once that everything in life is achieved through stress?

That in order to get something - you need to roll up your sleeves and figure it out.

Of course, first of all, we are talking about work, raising the level of wages.

Without tension - you will not get anything in life, you will not have an apartment, a car and other things.

And if something in life does not suit you, then strain, roll up your sleeves and act. Sounds logical?

To get any meaningful result, you need to strain a lot and for a long time.

Otherwise, you will not achieve anything …

Sound familiar?

Society is saturated with the idea of tension.

People tense up in the process. People strain to achieve. People are constantly tense - in all spheres of life, from the way they force themselves to go to work in the morning because they "have to", ending with hobbies, playing sports and even during leisure.

And there is a trap here.

The trap that falls into people who want to "change themselves" or "change their lives."

When we want to change ourselves or our lives, we forget to think about how we interact with ourselves.

For many of us the main way to interact with yourself is violence.

From childhood we were taught that we need ourselves breakto get the desired result.

Will, self-discipline, no indulgence.

And no matter what is offered to such a person for development, he will use violence.

Do you need to solve some problem? So, we set a rigid framework, apply the will and plow forward in tension. Does it work badly? So let's spur ourselves on even more - with guilt, shame, punishment.

Want to go in for sports? For good health.

So, just doing sports - this is somehow not that, there is no violence. Not order.

Let's set some goals. By weight, by muscle mass, we set deadlines. Now we draw up a schedule, set the alarm clock, get out of bed and go ahead and “fuss”. Another trainer, in addition, to motivate from under the stick, put pressure on guilt, shame, otherwise the energy to act is lost, there is not enough for a long time.

And so in everything.

Where did this trap come from in us?

Where are the roots of violence?

The trap our parents fell into, the trap is woven of suggestions, manipulations of the ideologues of the Soviet system.

Systems where a person is not important, an idea is important. Where not a country for a person, but a person for a country.

Give a five-year plan in 4 years. You give a rise in production by 20%. Give us a clean-up day for the good of the country.

The country gives the person ideas, and he (as much as possible infringing upon himself) tries to achieve the result, and as quickly as possible. And then he will receive the coveted "carrot" - an encouragement, a photo on the honor board, a medal.

And if not - hello “social collective” which encourages “hard plowers”, and shames those who do not understand what kind of “bright idea” it is, for the sake of which one should not give a damn about oneself, one's interests, and live not in the present tense, but in a wild run of the realization of ANOTHER goals.

Parasites, freeloaders. They want to work a little and get a lot. Taaaaakkk is not correct. That's right: it's hard to work hard, wear out, and after many years (tens) you will be rewarded. An apartment, for example. Or they will be given a status (an honorary hero of the labor of the Soviet Union).

What can I say. Then the time was like that.

The important thing is that the USSR is long in the past, the conditions are long in the past, the attributes have become history.

And the violence against oneself remained.

Plowing scenarios still live on.

Many people try to be successful by plowing.

And some do. Then they conduct trainings.

Where they talk about their personal experience and the experience of the same heavy-plowers like them - how hard it is to plow.

And the fact that the psyche resists (a person is not created for labor for wear and tear to the detriment of his needs) - so nothing, now there are 23 methods for raping yourself. Excellent techniques.

Is it hard for you, is it difficult? Its cool. Be proud of it. 💪

You can. Come on, I believe in you. It's cool to achieve goals through violence against yourself. 💪

The better you force yourself, the faster you will achieve your goals. 💪

I know it works for me! My fellow trainers have rapists too.

Ideally, people brought up by their parents in a system of violence would come to such trainings, so that this scenario with a certain system of motivation would be in their blood.

Then this training will be very useful for them. And these 23 techniques of violence against yourself will come in handy.

And when people who grew up in other scenarios come to the training, then such techniques, at least, will be of little result, short-term, and as a maximum - useless or harmful.

Why is it that what works great for one, average for another, weak for a third, does not work for a quadruple, gives the opposite result to the fifth?

It's simple. People are different, different upbringing, a system of internal rewards, internal assessments, pride bindings and other things.

And how much you resemble a coach in temperament, parental family, punishment system, how trained to achieve goals in certain ways, just like this coach, how much his selection of “motivating achievement” tools will fall on your psyche map.

Conversely, the more different you are, the less it will work for you.

Oh, by the way, do you know how these rapist trainers rest?

“So, sir, I have 4 planned days of rest. I SHOULD rest, I SHOULD rest. Here's a vacation plan."

They also rest … through violence.

And not for long. And then the work is worth it. It must be done. The goals will not be achieved on their own.

By the way, those who take a rest for at least two weeks a year are still trained coaches.

Less advanced abuse trainers take a break by… changing their activity.

At work he was relieved. Let's go to the dacha for a “rest”. I dug up the site and salted 48 pieces of raspberries, 15 rose bushes.

I know coaches who have never left the country in 5 years. For you to understand, their income is calculated in thousands of dollars.

Well, just no time to rest. A few days will "disappear" - that's a lot of kapets.

They rest in a natural compulsory manner, it looks like this: from lack of sleep and constant stress, the body periodically takes time off - there is no strength at all. And only then, the person ALLOWS himself to lie in bed for half a day. For it is physically impossible to work further.

And as soon as I gained strength - immediately into battle. To reach further and further.

There are achievements, there is no JOY in life.

But there is something. Of course, PRIDE. Here it is - the engine of motivation.

A person lives only on a sense of pride, attached to hard work, and the fact that thanks to such a great sacrifice, the family is provided. I feed them, I am a man.

But no, it is not true. It will be true - I AM A MAN !!!

He is not a man who has achieved goals without persistent plowing.

He is not a man who did not fight with himself with all his might.

He is not a man who has not infringed upon himself for years to please his or someone else's goals.

He is not a man who lives for himself. A real man lives FOR someone - for a family, for society … And he lives for the sake of it. For goals. For the idea. For something great to be appreciated. People. Society.

In coaching, this is called a hero scheme.

In my head, parental messages of the form are firmly stuck:

- Son, all life is a struggle. To get something you have to fight.

- Fight, son, and you will have a place in the sun.

- Fighting is a sign of strength. Giving up is a sign of weakness.

- Don't live for yourself. Live for others. Think about others.

- You are invaluable in yourself, but your actions are valuable. Therefore, constantly work, achieve, provide for the family, help people - this is the only thing that makes sense to do.

Parents from childhood taught many to break themselves in order to get the desired result.

Parents instilled that "everything comes with hard work."

And the difference between unsuccessful and successful heavy-plowmen is that the first ones were inspired by the parents to simply plow hard (because this is how to live, this is how it is necessary), and the second - to plow + achieve + be proud of themselves.

Naturally, the latter are more successful.

And so a person, through heavy plowing, achieved his success, those same 3-5-10 thousand $ per month of income. And he becomes a coach.

What will he confidently tell people?

That all people are the same. That man himself is a lazy brute by nature.

And that you need to infringe upon yourself, wet yourself, stimulate - and ONLY THIS can you achieve something in life.

That you just need to act. The bigger, the better.

You need to be able to strain yourself. For a great purpose. For the victory that will be THERE, somewhere in the future.

Squeeze, do super-effort, but achieve the intended goal.

What advice do they give?

Of course, ready-made templates. 🚧

For example, you have little success in life - ignore the reasons why so, turn on willpower - and Pasha Pasha and … everything will come.

And the willpower is already lacking, here's the external motivation from the coach and the group.

For example, in the area of motivation, abusive trainers are encouraged to FIGHT with laziness.

What kind of laziness is this, why did it arise, etc. - it doesn't matter.

The important thing is to fight. So, laziness is a “bad habit”, let's fight with ourselves and introduce even more heavy plowing habits.

And a bunch of methods are proposed on how to do this:

- bans: blocking social. networks in the browser

- Forced focusing methods: every 5 minutes a reminder rings on the phone “work!”

- methods of self-punishment: from public promises to infringement of something

- and all sorts of other various, invented techniques that exploit “OT motivation”: fear of dishonor, fear of reproach (shame), self-flagellation from guilt, fear of defeat, failure.

Yes, of course negative motivation works. And some people became “conditionally” successful thanks to her.

Why is the word “conditionally” enclosed in quotation marks? Because this was achieved by titanic work, constant infringement of their needs, desires - for the sake of financial growth.

From the point of view of society, and especially those who earn very little so far - this is an example to follow.

The invisible side, which only those who closely communicate with these people know about, is the payment that a person pays to achieve goals.

Damage to health, rare joy in life, lack of time for family, constant tension, suppression of emotions and much more.

However, for some people this is considered “normal”, and moreover, “cool”, “honorable”, worthy of admiration.

If you yourself are one of those guards, and for you this is a matter of course - then such a coach, rapists against yourself - will be understandable and dear to you.

And if you want success, and have already tried to rape yourself, and this gives weak results for you or does not work at all, you should not wet yourself, EVERYTHING is OK with you 😊

It's just that your upbringing, temperament and other parts of the psyche are very different from the trainers, who have collected the techniques of violence against themselves.

And the fact that you have weak achievements, laziness or other signs of sabotage means there are specific REASONS.

There is no need to fight the effects of causes.

The reasons can be found, changed, reprogrammed - and to achieve success quickly, efficiently and most importantly, living in the present tense - experiencing interest / joy / excitement from the process, pride in achievement, satisfaction from rest.

I went the path of cunning, my business was a vivid example, work 12-16 hours a day, 7 days a week, 3.5 years in a row, without a personal life, for the sake of my goals - business development, for the benefit of people. A business based on great enthusiasm, perseverance, willpower and desire to reach heights.

I earned some money. Self-realized.

Yes, this is definitely a rewarding experience for me. Were I happy? No.

Later, while studying to be a psychologist, he began to move further and further away from the hawkish schemes.

From scenarios where pleasures are in the future, “I'll earn so much, I'll buy an apartment… - that's when I'll have a rest”.

It turns out that removing suggestions, stereotypes, schemes - you can live in pleasure.

Be happy here and now. To have enough time for self-development, for family, and for recreation, hobbies, health and other important aspects are needed.

And of course you can earn a lot. You can do it so that there is more pleasure. And there are fewer things that are done from the “must” state.

Let me summarize.

It is possible to develop personally, spiritually, to achieve goals through violence against oneself, through struggle.

You can develop and achieve without violence.

It can be done in different ways. The choice is yours

The idea of "being in the zone of stability" / "comfort" came about those people who have something like "life - struggle", "life is hard" written in their subconscious, "to get something, you need to strain" and the like. installation.

In the subconscious of such a person, "development", "improvement" is tied to "stress", "tension".

You can develop in different ways.

When I went to trainings and there they preached development through tension, restructuring myself through willpower and other violence against myself, then I was definitely not happy, and my energy did not increase, but on the contrary, it became less.

And when I began to develop through interest, through curiosity, through inspiration, through fun - in general, through "comfort" - my life began to play with colors. Finally!

There is more life in my life, more emotions, more buzz, movement, novelty.

And how did it come about?

Instead of straining myself, struggling with myself - I was looking for the reasons that in some area of life / development I was standing still.

These are unconscious fears, action scenarios, blocked feelings, coalesced values that pushed people to live not for themselves, but mainly for people, a shitty system of motivation suggested by parents, life in the future, not in the moment, latent guilt, toxic shame that permeates many facets of the psyche, perfectionism, depreciation.

And when, instead of fighting the consequences - little energy, periodic apathy, exhaustion, loss of meaning to live, do, get success, and force myself with various tough coaching-type "motivational" techniques, I began to see the reasons for all this in me, and gradually they to work, then, began to change internally, life began to be perceived in a different way, energy increased, a high appeared, and with it - and more achievements, finances, recognition and other bonuses.

It's important to see the real problem - and solve it.

If something in life does not suit you in the field of relationships, self-realization, work, financial wealth - there are specific reasons that are within you. By changing them, you can get what you want quite quickly and easily.

Many times faster than through violence.

And many times more pleasant

The choice is yours.
