If I treat others as objects, then I also sell myself as an object. As a function or a set of functions. Often this attitude towards ourselves as an object is given to us from our parents. We may not be aware of our behavior and consider it normal. only sometimes we are surprised: my husband doesn’t remember my birthday. Mom forgets that I don’t eat onions. Am I even alive for them?
Signs that I am behaving like an object
I AM an OBJECT, if I live, I think and behave like this:
- I must be … (hereinafter a list of qualities rolling in the labor market, brides, enlightened ones, …)
- I am waiting to be chosen. "choose me, notice me, give me the right to life, and feat, and the need for me by your choice." I have no right to choose. I was chosen, I was not chosen.
- Find someone who knows how to be with me, how to live, that there is someone to sleep with. I don't know much about myself. I do not know anything. come and use me. You read the manual about me, you own it. Tell me what to do. Hit the button and I'll show you everything I can do.
- I forget about my body. I ignore my biological life. I forget to eat, sleep, rest. I'm on duty. work and service come first. Remind me of my body. Feed me, feed me, fix me.
- I am not asking. I do not speak. I am silent. If I do something "wrong" - I am broken. I'm a bad machine. They'll kick me out. I can't break.
- They called me - I came. I was kicked out / turned off, I disappeared. Your initiative in communication "zero"
- I'm not looking for a person. man is looking for me. I'm not looking for a master. The owner is looking for me.
- I communicate from the position - he is from above and from below. He is the owner of the subject. My adjustment is always at the bottom.
- I do tests about myself. I have to fit into these tests.
- If I'm broken, it's the owner's problem. poorly watched. Let him fix it now. I don't care about myself.
- Or - this is my problem. My task is to fix myself.
- He doesn't care about me.
- I am obedient, comfortable, hard-working, not intrusive. There is no problem with me.
- In space, I do not interfere. I’m not. I do not get underfoot, I always apologize, I do not make eye contact.
- I am a mirror for others. Nothing is mine here. I'm not here either. I am a mirror. I reflect everything else.
- I do not know what I want. Therefore, call me, be friends with me, inspire me. I have no idea. I have no desires. Light me up, the switch is sticking out there.
- I am correct. I was chosen and I stay with the one who chose.
- I am obliged to love and forget easily. Letting go, making decisions, pulling yourself together, falling asleep, reacting adequately, reprogramming for a new owner, for a new person.

A Question To Myself: "What Do I Myself, In Fact, Think About This?"

I Look Into You Like In A Mirror . The World Is Like A Reflection Of Me
Life works for us just like the algorithms of Instagram or Facebook (no matter what social network you prefer). You like what you like, and the algorithm selects content that is close and interesting to you: it shows you materials and articles that are interesting to you, suggests potential friends that are suitable for you in spirit and interests.
