An entrepreneur, co-founder of the Parasite service and the author of the Telegram channel "Behind the Bugrom" - about how to improve your health and well-being in the modern world full of stress.

Not so long ago, Sergei Fage's speakers thundered. He talked about biohacking - how to “digitalize” your health with the help of money and the best doctors, become a superhuman and live longer.

Sergey and I are united by the fact that we both live in the USA and are entrepreneurs. The difference between me and Sergei is that I cannot spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on medical experiments. Therefore, I have systematized my health management experience and called it “biohacking for the poor”.

These methods will help ordinary people like me and you stay healthy and happy.

1. Nutrition

I'll start with the unpleasant truth: nutrition really affects how you feel. Yes, it hurts to admit it. I found it difficult to give up fast food, restaurants, takeaway, Yelp and Uber Eats. But until I changed my eating habits, my health only got worse.

I fly to Miami for a few days to clear my head and reduce stress

I came up with and implemented a “day for myself” - every Saturday I turn off my work phone and completely devote the day to myself, my body and mind: I visit the gym, swimming pool, nail salon, hairdresser and spa, in the evening I go to a restaurant or cinema, while not I let no one of my work worries take my time or worsen my mood.

On my “day for myself” I can do any shit for which I usually don't have time: tidy up my body and hair, cook something tasty, smoke a hookah, reply on social networks, read the press. No matter how hard the week is, there is always Saturday at the end, which is completely mine.

These methods have helped me improve my health. Hope they help you too.
