What to do in that case? What can you recommend?
1) Try to do only your own business. Those cases that colleagues throw you, then do not take, give them back. If the boss slips something else, then explain that this is impossible, it takes time for this work, and you are still doing something else. If it is difficult to refuse, to say "no", then you can turn to a specialist to practice this skill.
2) If it is difficult to understand something at work, then do not be afraid to ask for help. Indeed, in this way, it may take much less time and effort than you yourself will try to find a solution to the issue.
3) Leave work on time, do not stay late. After all, perhaps, after spending a long time at work, you will not be able to complete the job, but time and effort will be spent. But they can be spent on something good and pleasant for oneself, which, accordingly, would help to recover!
4) Have a great weekend and evenings after work, relax! It's also health!
5) Also ask your loved ones for help with household chores. It often happens that there are many things to do after work at home, so what a rest! Take care of yourself, think about how you can rest after work)
6) If this work is completely unbearable for you, then you can think about a strategic plan for leaving this work. Of course, this may not happen right away, but you will know that it will happen sooner or later, and that you are taking gradual steps in this direction!
