It is good if the aspirations of the employer and the employee are realized by people with healthy personal boundaries. Then the employee, performing the tasks of the manager, is looking for the shortest and most economical way to the goal. And the boss, observing the optimization of operating costs, can afford to reward those who put their hands and head in this.

And where is the place in this system for "excellent students", "perfectionists", "good boys" and "obedient girls"? They fall into the trap of their correctness and find themselves hostage to the wheel in which they run and which they turn continuously. Seeing no further than the points of their instructions, they are trying to earn the indulgence of the leader, having shouldered a double or even triple amount of work. As a result, the manager saves on staff (non-initiative performers don't really need a career or money), and instead of bonuses and bonuses, the employee gets fatigue and nervous exhaustion.
